On your website you have advertised a Jojo tank 2000l on special for R1899 however Builders Express Ballito wants to charge me more, at a price of R1999 for the same stock.
In store they said that prices are for only online shopping. No where on the website does it mention prices are only for online shopping.
In accordance to the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 which is to prohibit certain unfair marketing and business practices.
Ballito branch is going against this and is more interested in charging consumers more for a item which is advertised on your website for a certain price.
What is more important? Keeping customers satisfied or Keeping your pockets satisfied?
In todays market customers have the power and therefore we can decide the success of your company and when business operations like this is found we do not take this lightly. Customers want the best and affordable price.
