******** and Rude Staff

I visited your Somerset West branch on the 9th of June 2022 at 08:30. I went straight to the paint section (where they mixes the paint) because I was looking for spray paint. There were a group of coloured male workers in their BW uniform clothing just standing around chatting, making such a noise that I couldn't even hear myself think. I also noticed none of them were wearing a mask, even after the announcement played over the speaker for everyone to wear their mask and it's a ******** offence not to do so. I reported them at info and a lady with a bad attitude eventually spoke to them. When I got to the till there were two cashiers casually chatting whilst looking at me. Not one bothered to call me next, so I walked to the closest cashier. She didn't bother to greet me. While she was adding my stuff on the register she was still chatting with the cashier next to her. She eventually saw me looking at her and realized I was waiting for her to finish. She gave me the till slip and still no greeting, not even eye contact or a smile. The name on the till slip is Vuyolwethu Mbusi with till ID 106. What a disaster at this branch! Management need to catch a wake up and see what is happening on the floor! Not happy at all, especially when spending a lot of money there.
