If you're thinking of using Builders Warehouse Online Store - JUST DON'T

Really really bad experience with the online store!! First of all, they don't have a centralised warehouse, so you spend HOURS on the website, checking between all the stores to see who has everything I need (otherwise you need to drive to all the different stores / pay SUPER high delivery fees from each store)... Completed my order at 9pm, and the next day I was called to be told the website had the wrong quantities, everything is sold out, they need to order it from a different store, and I'll receive it 2 days later.. 2 days later I get the call to say the stock levels were incorrect at the other store as well, they can't source the product anywhere, and they have to cancel... (First of all, if you can't manage a stock system, don't start an online store...)

I then received a confirmation of cancellation, saying I'll get my money back in 3-5 days.. Nope... More than 2 weeks later, still no money.. and now I'm told I have to fill out forms??!!

If you can't manage an online store, then rather don't have one..
