If the manager is careless, why should the rest of the staff care?

Worse experience ever at Rustenburg branch. One of the floor staff attempted to help for a moment and then just left. When we complained he started to become arrogant. We attempted to call the manager and waited for more than 20 minutes without any visit. Obviously if the manager is careless, why should the rest of the staff care.
