I would give zero stars if that was possible

i ordered a Bosch EasyGrasscut 18V-230 Cordless Grass Trimmer three weeks ago and was told delivery would be two weeks, after two weeks with no delivery I called and emailed Builders to process a refund and am still waiting. No one at Builders takes accountability as this is from a 3rd party supplier which was no disclosed when I ordered
