I would give Builders Warehouse a zero star rating if I was allowed to. On Monday I ordered a gate remote from Builders Centurion to be delivered to my home. The only reason I ordered online was because it showed in the Cart and on my invoice it would be delivered the next day to me. The next day I checked the progress of the order to find that the delivery it had been rescheduled to the end of the month. I phoned Builders Customer Care and told them my problem the lady was helpful however when she phoned Builders Centurion she was told that they would deliver it when they have more customers buying online for delivery and they have a consolidated load and they told why did I not pick it up from the store which is 4KM form me. I told the lady that if I wanted to go into the store I would have not ordered online and that I am suffering from a chronic disability which is preventing me form going in on person at the moment. Builders if you don't want to deliver then you you must discontinue this service why have it if you cant be up to Takealot's standard who will deliver anytime anywhere with no problem even if it is one small item.
