I was told i'm not their only customer

I am a regular customer of Builder's Warehouse. So, on the morning of the 19th of May 2015 to buy a gazebo and a few other things. So I spend my hard earned money on buying the gazebo. I was helped by Tshepo and another employee that couldn't care less. Tshepo and his co-employee sold me the gazebo and told me that they would bring me the gazebo. After 20 minutes of waiting, I decided to go get the gazebo myself and that is where I met the rudest employee of the branch's team:). When I asked Thuso for the gazebo he told me, \You are not the only customer this store has". Yolandi heard me arguing with Thuso and decided to refund me my money back. Not even once was an apology given to me. Yolandi was VERY quick to give me my money back. It warms my heart that this is how they treat their customers. Well done Builder's Warehouse. You deserve an award for your excellent service. """
