I was completely ignored...

<p>I went to Builders Express to buy some materials. I asked a sales person for help and was told to go to the counter. I went to the counter and asked the person there for help. He completely ignored me and then just walked away. I asked another sales person for help and was again told to go to the counter. I went there and another person was behind the counter. I asked for help once again and HE completely ignored me! He then picked up the phone and started making a call, completely ignoring me, giving no acknowledgement whatsoever. I stood and waited for several minutes but was just ignored. I left without the items I needed. I have just bought a new house and am buying a lot of hardware and matrials at the moment, but never, ever will I buy anything from Builders again!!!! I am disgusted at the terrible way you treat your customers. Never again!!!</p>
