I need my money back from Builders.

I made an online purchase for an item at builders warehouse new market 17 Feb 2021, the following day I received a call notifying me that they don't have stock. I was then told my money will be refunded in my account, a promise was made that the money will reflect into my account the same day.

I then received confirmation of the cancelation but to date I havent received the refund, I've called and I'm always told I will be transferred to dispatch to assist. The call just rings unanswered, I've also sent numerous emails which are also not responded to. The worst part is, the very same item they claimed wasn't available in all Gauteng stores except Nelspruit, I was able to source in another builders just 20 km away from New Market. So now it means I've spent double because I was promised that my money will be refunded immediately but to date nothing has been done.
