I need an answer or either they must refund me my money so i can take my bussiness elsewhere where id get what i need asap

Ive bought meterial on the 22/09/2020 i call everyday waiting for meterial had to fight to be given some of the meterialon the 30/09/2020 have been going there with transport i need to pay for collecting up to date my meterial is short of eight doors still calling them nothing is happening i jeep on getting same answer someone will call you problem is that if they having problems why do they take money if they cant render good service at all its the 6/10/2020 still nothing its as if. They making me a fool my queries aren't handled
