I honestly wish I could give zero stars

I honestly wish I could give zero stars. This morning’s experience at Builders Warehouse was completely unacceptable. I waited almost an hour just to have doors loaded after purchase. There was no clear process, no communication, and it felt like no one knew what was going on. Getting assistance on the floor was already a challenge—there were hardly any staff available. When I finally did get help, the service was extremely slow and disorganized. Doors were missing, staff kept going back and forth, and there was constant confusion with no accountability. I escalated the issue to the store manager, but unfortunately that didn’t improve anything. The level of urgency and customer care was simply not there. As someone in the construction industry, I rely on efficient service and proper coordination. The only reason I purchased here was due to pricing—but this experience reminded me exactly why I usually avoid this store. Very disappointing. I won’t be returning.
