I do not have a builders account

Good day ,I ma receiving emails since friday saying thank you for activating your builders card ,now i have never had a builders card now have i app**** for one ever ,can you please look into this matter because if an account was opened under my name it is ***** . i would like a response as soon as possible please because ive had this happen once before with the RCS group but according to them it was a system issue where someone elses account was showing up under my name and the account was listed at experian as well under my name. Please again look into the matter and have this sorted asap
