I demand my refund

Builders service is the worst. Been waiting for refund since end of May. I was asked to wait for 14 working days for it to be processed. I waited and it was done incorrectly. Second time I requested they asked for documents from me I sent them through, was told to wait for 14 working days (this was on the 10th of june). Then on the 2nd of July I make follow up since I have not received my refund. I'm then told I need to fill in a refund form for me to be assisted. In addition I have to wait for another 14 working days. I just want my refund I've waited enough and I've been too understanding too. Now I just want my refund. I have no business in the refund form because I was no told about it and I am not going to wait another 14 working days. Builders find a way and process that refund back into my account
