I bought product but havent received and i didnt get my refund

i bought 2 lintels and the money was taken on my account. they said the money went to head office account. i had to buy them cash but no one is willing to refund my money. this was in Nov 2020

i bought paint at builders heidedal online and they said the system is down. the paint i want they dont have. they said they will refund me but i haven't got my money back. this was in Dec 2020
