I bought chandelier and requested for the Globes that fit there

I bought chandelier and requested for the Globes that fit there. They provided me with the wrong Globes. When I return the package the tested the Globes, they are working perfect. They end saying they won't change the globe because the container are not in good condition. I therefore, pay for the other set of Globes. What pains me more is that the globes they provided again do not qualifies for the lamp . My confusion is when I return them I still have to travel 100Km . 😭
