I am a shamed and disappointed

Bought a electric trimmer I bearly used it next thing the motor has no power I took it to Builders and they sent it to Trimtech and the warranty is still active now they want me to pay for the motor that I did not break but the low quality of the motor they use I am so no more buying any product from builders nor Trimtech I thought builders have quality products but it does not
