Huge thanks and gratitude to the team at the front desk at Builders Express in Craighall! I flew into Builders Express at two minutes to closing time yesterday afternoon - I had returned home and my house gate remote had stopped working completely (and it was not the battery) and I had no way of getting into the property with the other residents being away for the weekend. The team at the Builders Express front desk opened the remote and discovered that a piece inside had broken lose and would need soldering, but in the meantime they managed to 'jimmy' it back together with a tiny piece of paper to make sure that there was a connection and I could at least get back into my home and arrange proper fixing. They were absolute superstars and guardian angels, and I so appreciate their assistance and kindness, and going way beyond the call of duty, after closing time on a Sunday afternoon. Builders Express Craighall Park has always been a favourite of mine to visit, but even more so now.
