How long does it take to get feedback

Went to request for quotation for kerbs at builders warehouse in Protea glen on Wednesday 20/01/2021, I was assisted by Brian, we found out they don't have enough stock, he took my contact details and promised that he'll call me and tell me when they'll have stock available. Up to today, no one called me to give me feedback
