So I visited Builders Express Lambton last week to buy timber for my small business I try to run, so i got told that they don't have stock but will try and source from another branch and they will call me Thursday. Sunday i thought let me pop in and have a look if my timber arrived, indeed it did but they didn't bother to call me! Sorting through the timber I realized this is the worst looking timber you can find only to hear it gets stored outside and we all know what happens with pine if not stored properly outside. Monday I went back to hear what the situation is on getting in new stock (hoping it was already ordered) I was told that they are busy with stock take and have no idea when they will order or receive stock, damn why don't you close your doors if you cannot assist customers when you run out of stock and are busy with stock take. So much for the Builders motto of looking after small businesses! It is not my fault you are busy doing stock take and if you don't have managers who can manage your stock while doing a stock take, you have a big problem and maybe should consider getting stronger people in who can manage more efficiently!
