Horrific service levels and declining

Over the last year the service levels have been rapidly declining.<br> <br> Items are misplaced, no prices anywhere to be seen and worse the staff are nowhere to be seen, almost impossible to get help from and rude.<br> <br> Recently I have had two separate incidents that really top it off.<br> First (about a month ago) I was in the 'nuts and bolts' section, unable to get help as always, despite pressing the call button. Eventually I pressed the 'sad face' complaint button, suddenly a rude/hostile gentleman appeared demanding to know why I had pushed it.<br> <br> Then today, again in the nuts and bolts section, there were actually 4 staff members having a chat, one of them was blocking my way to see some of the items and seemed oblivious to this. Not one of them helping, eventually one of them waddled over and *pressed the good service button* and then *walked away* still having not helped me.<br> After calling him back and forcing him to help me, and while he was helping me, another staff member came and pushed the 'good service' then walked off.<br> <br> Later by the key section I witnessed yet another staff member doing the same thing.<br> <br> It seems there is no management in the store and the staff are running riot.
