Horrific service builders warehouse

I purchased a gas heater of the Deloghni brand on 7 April 2019 of the value of R2567.20, on 27/05/2020 my wife went to this branch to request a refund or exchange because when we tried to use the heater on 29 March, it was not working. due to the lock down there was no way we could come to builders because their branch was closed. also, we had my family under self isolation as I had contracted the covid 19 strain and had to self isolate with my family. PLEASE ASSIST US!!!DONT DISCRIMINATE
