Horrific service at board cutting

If I could give no star, I would. AVOID going to Builders Warehouse Rivonia. We ordered some boards to be cut and was told it takes up to 4 working days and they'd call us when we can collect. After 5 days we received a call that our boards were finished and ready for collection. We then arrived two days later to pick it up just to find out that the guy cutting our boards ran out of edging. Why couldn't they have called us to inform us that they've made a mistake, we can't pick it up yet because they ran out of edging? Why didn't they make a plan and get the edging from other builders warehouses in the two days that they've waited for us to come and collect our boards? We waited 1h00 to talk to the manager. Pathetic service to say the least. We literally sat by the board cutting desk with no one to give us an update of where the hell the manager or person responsible is! After actively walking around asking for the manager, we could talk to him. Horrific customer service. Apparently the manager will try to get the edging from other builders warehouses to finish the job, but let's see whether that will actually happen and wether we will be able to get our boards today, after waiting 7 days.
