Horrific customer service Builders warehouse Midrand

Ordered Blind in November from Midrand builders warehouse.

When they arrived we realized the measurements were incorrect, then returned them to be fixed. In Feb we called them to find out progress and was told to come fetch them. Only to find out they were not being fixed but kept in the storeroom for over a month.

Totally disgusting employee behavious. Im never returning there for any thing serious for my house. The lady who has been 'assistin' us behaves like shes doing us a favor . Totally unacceptable behaviour.
