Horrific customer service

I went to buy a stove top at builders warehouse in Rivonia, first the guy who was assisting me was told by the manager who goes by the name of Clara to go on lunch and not continue with checking the stock for the product in question, so i was left hanging, ok another attendant then tried to assist and that’s when they told me it’s out of stock and I asked them to sell me the one on display seeing it was displayed but not in stock. The same woman by the name of Clara who is a manager was called, she came there after a while of waiting for her and when she eventually arrived she just spoke to the other sales person, gave me the evil eye and left without even engaging me. When she was called back to come and assist, she gave me such a sickening attitude, would not even try to hear my request and rudely told me she will not sell me a display, I’ll have to wait for 12 days whiles she orders it, how crazy is that? She then stormed away without attending to me whiles mumbling something and with a very rude remarks and body language.

I have never ever experienced such horrible treatment from someone who is supposedly a manager, no sense of customer service none whatsoever, instead you are made to feel like a ******** coming to *****. As if that was not enough, she goes away for another 30- 40 minutes with no update, eventually I got another manager to assist who then asked that she assist me, which she bluntly refused and said she will not help me.

I am never ever buying from Builders warehouse, their customer service SUCKS!
