Horrible service! no communication. builders wont see me again!

HORRIBLE service from builders warehouse Raslouw. Placed an order 3 days ago, and paid for instillation of the item. 30 minutes before instillation was due to happen, I get a call from a private number (isnt this *******?) advising me that o the contractor's bakkie broke. Call customer care, and they tell me o my order is ready for collection. They dont even know about the instillation? what did I pay R650 for on top of my product then? PATHETIC service, border line theft! lets see if I get my refund.
