Horrible service from your staff, They don't know their brand or what they doing

I am at my wits end with your idiot representative at Builders Kempton park . Why do you assign people to specific department who know nothing , I came with a sample and got assisted by some idiot who I told that the basin stopper and rubbers are too big, I showed him a sample and I to;d him by the look at things they seemed big, he was amendment they would Fit, Guess what they don't fit my basin stopper. I wasted my money and would like to be refunded more espcially because I told this idiot that was assing me
