Horrible service from staff

II am so disappointed at the service I received from builders warehouse boksburg for the past three days. I get there I want to buy I was told that there are out of stock which is understandable. I was advised that they will call me the following day and no one called me. I went there in a hurry cause I was going to work and the guy start making calls when he sees me. I decided that I will buy something different paid for it and then today I went to collect . I thought the past two days was a nightmare but today it was worse. When I got there I was ignored by the staff. Finally the guy that helped shouted the name of the guy and then I had to wait forever to be assisted. When he finally came I was sent to collections and there the staff just passed me by as if I was invisible. Some were chatting with each other while some were walking around . the poor service that I received was so disturbing and I do not see myself going back there
