Horrible service from Cosmo mall builders warehouse driver (delivery guy)

I have experienced a horrible service from delivery guy from builders warehouse at Cosmo Mall. The two guys came to deliver bricks at my place and they refused to pack them after I asked them to do so. They just throw them and most of the bricks are broken. I complaint at the shop and I was told that they will ask the guy to bring the broken bricks as he is coming to deliver the second load. The guy came to deliver the second load, he repeatedly threw the bricks again and left the broken ones. The guys were very rude and arrogant.
