Horrible service from Builders Haasendal

I purchased an aircon more than a week ago, with installation from the Haasendal store. Until today I do still do not have my installation!! I had to exchange my unit for a larger btu capacity. I used my own time, vehicle and fuel to do this, even though I had paid delivery fees. I asked the store manager to also refund the installation upon the exchange, but he assured me that I can use the same installation voucher with their 3rd party installer. Today I was told I need to come back to the store to pay an extra fee for the new unit installation. Although this was even more frustrating and time consuming, I did so, as I just want this job completed. Everything from my side is now in order and yet I still do not have an installation date. The service has been horrifying, with staff lacking basic knowledge!!! I am a long time Builders customer, having spent thousands at this retailer. This is not the type of service expected!! I will think twice before I ever purchase from here again.
