Horrible Service from Builders Gezina

On the 26th of October 2019 our Company Vehicles tyre was damaged due to driving through a steel structure in the parking lot at Builders Warehouse Gezina. There were no markings or warning signs for this. The store Manager, Felicia promised to cover the cost of the damaged tire if invoice can be sent. All necessary documentation was sent to her on the 30th of October 2019. When I called to follow-up on above she advised that she forgot (we are all human, no problem). The store manager has been avoiding me ever since. Head office isn't of much help either.
