HORRIBLE service and abuse at Builders Warehouse Zambezi today 30 October 2022i!!

Today we hadan absolute horrible experiance with manager that was in Charge there today (30 October 2022). We bought tiles (very old stock) for R78 per box, they use to be R395. Unfortunatally we needed 2 more boxes and the wonderful staff and Builders Gezina was very helpful. They checked on their systom and told us to go get the last 3 packets at Builders warehouse in Zambezi. We showed the other tiles we also bought at Builders Gezina and took pur slip with. The quy working at the tile department told us he would be so happy if we take the stock off his hands, because its old and he hasn't sold a single pack for years now. We came to the till to explain that we are also getting those tiles for the discount price from yesterday.

After we left with our tiles, he stopped us and accused me of something. After we've been in he'The superviser that was in charge there today was a complete hater and accused is of being dishonest. We showed him our invoices and also showed him te slips so he could see the price. So then he said since that is the price on the tiles, now it's probably just his loss.. But then het asked to refund us and keep the tiles. My husband comp****, but all the Builders Warehouse staff was standing in queues to get their hands on our tiles...We left there without our tiles...we paid R65 per box while the original price was R378 per box!! I'm so angry and feel that it was so unfair!!! What a horrible "manager" is chasi g customers away. They won't get any business from us ever again. We also have a large buainess and use to buy thousands of tools etc from there. We will spread the word about this unexceptable behavior and will tell all our contacts to never support that shop again. The manager that was present on 29 OCtober was extremely friendly happy to help and truely went out of his way to assist us!! Would appreciate it if someone can give us advice on what to do regarding thia matter. Regards, Ricky Sander ***
