HORRIBLE SERVICE

Horrible service! ordered on 29 June 2020- They picked the delivery date, 13 July 2020- I had to phone them for a whole week just to get a response.... This was after the delivery date. I waited and waited and waited some more... I phoned them and cancelled the order, only to get the phone dropped in my ear, like it was my fault for wanting feedback on my purchase-WHICH WAS PAID IN FULL!!! Best of all, I had to contact them again on my own account to find out what is going on with the refund- which i still have not received.

I truly hope to never do business with them ever again. Nor will I refer anyone to them.
