HORRIBLE! PATHETIC!

Pathetic service from the Edenvale branch. My first online order from the Greenstone branch, I think, (order#***) was perfect. Next day delivery. A dream. I fell for the convenience and ordered again from the Edenvale branch (order#***). BIG MISTAKE! 8 days and numerous calls (initiated by me) later I get told by an email from the store that they will deliver on DAY 9 with no explanations given on the reason why they are strugglingto deliver. Bear in mind that I stay more or less 5km away from this store and they don't have half the decency to inform me if anything that might affect my order is happening so i can arrangean alternativelike either collectingin person or just accepting that the order has no stock and buying elsewhere.

The call center gave me different versions of why I'm waiting and still struggled to get hold of the store after I insisted to wait while they attempted to cancel as by my humble request.

Horrible! Talk to your clients when you are having challenges dont just dismiss them by FALSELY claiming that the order is coming now now or the next day and it never does. It will go a long way to a healthy client/service provider relationship.
