Horrible experience

I bought 4 doors and paid for installation in the 3rd of August 2021, made arrangements for the doors to be fitted on the 22/09/2021 and no one came from Buiders,when i called to inquire i'm told that the Richard's bay store did not send an invoice to the installation department and no one informed me that they will not be sending people anymore. i've paid someone to come and be present when they come as per our arrangement.

I was told installation is only done weekday, for this complain i demand that you come on a saturday since you did not honour arrangement made.
