Horrible customer service at Builders Warehouse Fourways

I bought a Lalela UPS trolley from Builders on the 8th of December 2022 and just over a month it could only provide ÷- 1 hour 30 minutes of continous power despite it being fully charged. I reached out to Lalela customer service and was told to send it back to the store. I took it to Builders Fourways in the 21st of January which turned to be my biggest mistake ever. After not getting feedback for close to 3 weeks i contacted Lalela and they couldn't locate the UPS only to learn that Builders Fourways hadn't shipped it to Lalela. Till now no one is bothering to update me. I bought thinking it will provide back up solution for the ongoing loadshedding but the customer service at Builders sucks. They are hogging the UPS plus my money. I want no further dealings with them except to get my refund!
