Horrible customer service and massive lack of communications

It's a shame I can't give a ZERO rating, but here goes

Horrible customer service and massive lack of communications from the security at the door, to the person behind the info desk all the way up to the manager - only the gentleman that was working the till who assisted me was kind and caring.

Pathetic! Waited over an hour to fill a 7kg gas bottle... the issue wasn't the time it took but the lack of communication from staff that there is a delay, i wasn't the only one in store who had this exact compliant. And after complaining to Joseph the manager, he had the audacity to ask me "am i done with you?" In essence the question is understood but poorly communicated.
