Horrible customer service

The worst ever customer service! We created a gift registry online and when we went to the store to collect the items that were bought , we find out that the staff members have no idea what a gift registry is. Eventually when they figure it out they instruct us to go pick out the items on our registry ourselves only to find out that they don’t have half the items at any of the builders warehouses. When we ask them what’s the way forward they responded and said they don’t know. This store is honestly the pits, these people just wake up every single day to come to a job they know absolutely nothing about.
