Horrible customer service

I'm am beyond livid. I made an order on 6 July 2024 at Builders Warehouse Kempton Park. I've been calling them from the 15th only to find out that my order was resold. Spoke to the delivery floor manager who insisted that I be patient with the them yet I'm the one sitting for almost two weeks now with a prepped house waiting for material that was sold. Today is the 19th of July 2024 and my order was only partially delivered. They size you and decide if you're worth their service or not. It's not the first time receiving such service from Builders. If I could I would give it ZERO Stars but unfortunately the rating starts at one.
