Horrible Builders Service

Firstly when you buy for more than R500 at Makro, Takelot, etc. your delivery is free, well forget about that at Builders. Secondly the item gets scheduled for delivery after they took all you money and they never deliver and they do not bother to update you. After a week waiting, I decide to go to their shop and I am told the item cannot be delivered for no reason therefore I must collect. No one is willing to help me load the huge 4 door fridge, I was not even given the rope despite my comment on not being prepared to collect, my delivery fee not even returned.
