********** and pathetic service delivery...NEVER AGAIN!

Absolutely shocking and pathetic service delivery!! Bought a DEFY oven from the North Riding branch and agreed to pay the R250 delivery and installation. Was told it would be delivered two days later on the Friday however on Thursday I received a call from them saying it could only be delivered on Tuesday. After telling them we were promised it would be delivered on Friday they agreed to make a plan to have it delivered on the Monday. The people arrived with the oven however told us they wouldn't be able to remove the old DEFY and install the new one. The delivery and installation voucher states removal of old appliances and installation of the new one. It's 3 days before Christmas and we need an oven to be installed. Will NEVER EVER purchase anything from Builders Warehouse again as this is not the first bad experience we've had! Absolutely pathetic!
