Hopeless website

What has Builders Warehouse done to their redesigned web site? I often go to the site to look at pricing, if I click on 'shop departments' the drop down menu appears but it is impossible to move the mouse cursor over to the right, to the sub section that you want to look at, the menu just disappears. The site used to work before the redesign, are these things not tested before going live? I guess i won't be buying anything from Builders Warehouse from now on.
