Highly disappointed

I have made over 10 phone calls to Builders Warehouse Constantia. All I kept getting told is line is busy...no one is picking up...but they will call you back. HAHAHA NEVER got one phone call back. It then became a mission to see if I could get through to them if I tried all day. I finally in the afternoon got someone on the line and immediately got cut off. I kept at it as I really need the cobble tomorrow.....I once again after many attempts got through and then was told what I need is in the gardening section. It is a brick used for paving so had no idea gardening was the correct department. What happened after the 10th attempt got cut off again. I am soooo mad as I had no idea that during this Covid builders would have become so bad with their service. I thought they would be extra helpful appreciative of the bussiness of what they lost during lockdown. I have always been sooo happy with Builders Warehouse and use them for everything. No manager was available.......as I got soo angry I ask three times to speak to a manager......they were lost in action as well. I am so upset and frustrated I am in tears. You ruined my day which started out so good.
