High Level of Incompetence from Builders Warehouse

I am very flabbergasted and disappointed with the level of incompetence that I've seen from Builders Warehouse in the past two weeks. I don't understand why allocating funds from one account to another is so difficult.

The following individuals have proved to be highly ***********, with no follow-ups whatsoever. They also **** to get back to me with feedback but nothing has happened:
