Here is your Bells!!

My garage door was F.I.N.A.L.L.Y installed to the correct requirements yesterday. It may have taken exactly 79 (SEVENTY NINE) days (unlike the advertised installation date of 7 days from order) to install, but for every time I lost faith in BW, Tristan Kelly was there to hold my hand. He has been there from day 1 to date making follow ups (which I call follow throughs). At times I was ready to slit my wrist in frustration and he rescued me.<br> <br> Thank you Tristan!! You are an asses and a great value to BW. Keep up the good work and do not let it end with me. Restore faith in a lot more of BW customers.<br> <br> As for BW management, do not promise what you cannot deliver because the likes of Tristan will then have to mop up your mess.<br> <br> As for BW Tswelopele you need to get your customer service in order. I have experienced and seen the lack of urgency several times I was at the store. I'm sure they too will love to see the back of me.<br> <br> As I always say, I'm not an impossible customer, just 1 that demands the kind of service I'm expected to pay for.<br> <br> Well done Tristan #Here'sYourBells!!
