Hell will freeze before buying from builders again

Builders in Queenstown is the worst of them all, such a pathetic and unprofessional organisation. A simple thing as processing a refund while the items are already with them without a scratch yet I’m yet to receive a communication in regards the items. Francinah you are the worst employee that builders has particularly in a leadership role, you didn’t add value in the Queenstown team but made it worse. I’m not shocked anyway because during the month of October I had to cancel a physical purchase I made at Builders Queenstown because there are no plastics, the entire builders doesn’t have packaging material. Head office was no help, a lady who called me 2 days ago was supposed to call me back after speaking with the shop, I guess she’s still speaking with them because it’s been 2 days waiting for her to call be back.
