Head office needs to step in!

Builders warehouse in Newcastle has terrible customer service. They treat you as if you are lower than the **** of the ocean. They do not assist in anyway, and when you order stock they never get it in, contact you or even order it for you. The management has a don't care attitude and their store does not even stock the specials, or 70% of what is advertised online. It is horrifying to see such a big franchise brand be so disrespected by a simple store. Head office need to start stepping in or their name will be tarnished for good.
