Guarantee on stuff
Bought a ****eater at builders warehouse pick & pay vanderbijlpark price R1380 on 2018 /08/31. Took it back on 2018/12/24 for repairs it won't start and also the niks start mechanism (pull line) was stuck. Got no feedback at all until I decided to phone them on 2019/01/28 then the lady told me I must pay R380 for parts that must be replaced. The ****eater got a year guarantee it broke down not even 4 months old so why must I pay. My details are. Mr CA Rossouw ID no ********** 083080 cell no ********** 928.
