Greedy and Bad service

Do not shop at any Builders Warehouse their overall service right up to the head office is seriously bad. Also they are not very helpful and they are very greedy. Reason for saying greedy is because when I want to buy a gas cylinder including as in the middle of summer I cannot because there is a supposed gas shortage but seriously they do exchanges which does not make sense. The bottle which is steel is not part of the shortage and besides if they sold the bottle and gas they would've made money in the long run anyways. They just want me to buy an empty bottle and then exchange my new bottle for a second hand bottle with gas causing me to pay double. So do not buy at Builders Warehouse as they are greedy.
