Greatly improved service

Had really negative experiences in the past, no staff to assist, prices not on items etc Was not planning to go into Builders Warehouse Somerset West ever again, based on my past experience. Could not find what I was looking for at any other stores in the area and as a last resort decided to take a look at Builders Warehouse. Found a number of options that looked suitable for my project and once again thought I was going to have to go in search of an assistant. To my surprise, was approached by a very helpful, pleasant, knowledgeable asssitant. Helped me locate exactly what I needed, measured and priced item within minutes. Vincent Mgidi has changed a long term negative impression into a positive experience!
