Great Service, great attitude, Going extra mile

Hennie at Builders Warehouse Express in Greenstone Hill is a SUPERSTAR!!! I was looking for a product which wasn't stocked at this particular store. Hennie came to me offering help without me even to have to look for a store assistant. Hennie suggested he would source the item for me, and it wasn't even an hour when i got a call - Hennie sourced TWO items of different brands for me, I could even choose!! The items weren't listed on their stock lists, and he undertook to do so, and he will contact me within 2 days to collect. Now THAT is what i call service - and I must say what a pleasant, proffessional person with commitment to service!! Great attitude and wow, Hennie, you set an example for me and a lot of peope in the service industry! Well done! Keep it up!! Regards Katey
